Cotswold Farm Park – Easter 2015

Never before in my life have I had so much to do with animals.  Everyday I’m spending more and more time with feathers, fur and wool.  This Easter break has been no different, with trips to various local farms, pet cats at home, pet cats at family homes, Moo has dropped a chick from around 5 feet off the ground (turns out they don’t bounce), the Easter bunny has visited several times hiding hundreds of eggs and we’ve stroked and fed a wealth of beasts at Cotswold Farm Park.

farmparkaCotswold Farm Park was awesome.  The girls had a stunning time feeding the animals, holding chicks and ducks and bouncing on a giant bouncy pillow.  We go a few times a year and always have a smashing time.  It is worth pointing out to any other potential visitors that it is very weather dependant, there is very little to do in the rain and given its position on the hill it is frequently extra cold and windy.  Dress appropriately and it is definitely worth a visit (wow how middle aged am I, advising others to dress warmly).

If you’ve not been and it’s not too far away then be sure to CHECK IT OUT.  Vouchers are available for buy on get one free entry in Cotswold visitor leaflets that are definitely worth seeking out.

Get the weather right and you’re sure to have a blast.
